This petition has been filed to provide police protection for 3 days to the petitioner so as to enable him to erect fencing/compound in his land situated in S.No.112/1 (New S.No.112/2A1) to the extent of 0.07 cents at Veerananallur Village, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner is directed to make necessary application before the Surveyor for surveying the land and on the date of survey, the respondent police is directed to afford sufficient protection for conduct of the survey, so that there is no obstruction by anyone.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
