By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.

For the purpose of getting electricity connection, with respect to the house situated at Survey No. 387/2, No.7, Karanaipuducherry Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the petitioner made a request dated 15.10.2015 to the 1st respondent for issuing "No Objection" certificate. The petitioner has also produced a copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent, wherein he has stated that "No Objection" certificate can be issued to the petitioner, subject to rules and regulations. From the typed set of papers, it is seen that the Village Administrative Officer has also recommended for issue of "No Objection"certificate to the petitioner. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

till date, no orders have been passed by the 1st respondent on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2015. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 3.

Though a larger relief is sought, considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2015, with regard to the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
