JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Subbiah, J) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is heard through videoconferencing.

2. The present appeal is filed by the appellant-husband, challenging the dismissal of the divorce petition filed by him before the Family Court, Salem in F.C.O.P.No.116 of 2015 by order dated 30.10.2018.

3. Pending the present appeal, the parties have entered into a compromise and to that effect, the learned counsel appearing for the parties had filed a Memo dated 24.11.2020 before this Court, intimating the factum of entering into a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 21.11.2020 and enclosing the said Memorandum of Compromise, which was signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Accordingly, while recording the terms of the Memorandum of Compromise, there shall be a decree of divorce between the appellant-husband and the respondent-wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Resultantly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed by the husband, is disposed of in terms of the above said Memorandum of Compromise. The Memo dated 24.11.2020 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as also the Memorandum of Compromise dated 21.11.2020, entered into between both the parties, shall form part of the decree.
