The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, callling for the records relating to the tender notification issued by the respondents through bid notice Na.Ka.No.50/18 AA2 on 01.06.2018 inviting quotation and public auction to be conducted on 19.6.2018 to lease out the shop namely, IUDP Shop No.3, Weekly Market, Palacode Road, Kaveripattinam Town Panchayat through public auction on 19.6.2018 which is mentioned as Serial No.6 in the tender notification and quash the same.
