ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the Crime No.3 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent insofar the petitioner is concerned.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.4423 of 2019.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. It is left open to the petitioners to workout their remedy by challenging the final report, if so advised.
