This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.06.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property in Survey No.36/1B2, Dhandakuppam, Mopirapatty Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District which was registered in his wife name. The petitioner has running gas agency for past 24 years in the name of Sivaraman Gas Service and his
Indane Cylinder Gas Godown is located in State Highway 60A, Harur to Morappur, Dharmapuri road. Now the road is being widened and developed as four lanes by Highways Department and part of their Godown land is taken for the said purpose. For extension of the road, the petitioner's gas agency was shifted to Mopirapatty Village after obtaining No Objection Certificate from the concerned authorities and the gas godown has also been constructed. However, the suspicious persons of the Village trespassed into the place of business and damaged the cylinders and thereby, the Village Administrative Officer filed a complaint against the persons involved in the criminal activity and the FIR has also been registered. In order to get protection for running gas agency, the petitioner made a complaint on 06.06.2023 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, but the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in the present Writ Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issue a direction to the third
respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.06.2023 NCC: Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji To
