Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the file of the 1st respondent's proceeding made in Case No.359 of 2000 in RE: M/s.A&F Overseas Trade Limited dated 27.03.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to consider the reliefs sought for by the petitioners in M.A.No.416 of 2013 in Case No.359 of 2000. C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when these Petitions are taken up for consideration, Mr.V.Venkadasalam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in C.P.No.197 of 2014 submitted that the entire dues have been settled to the secured creditors and workers and now, BIFR has also dissolved, nobody interested to wind up the respondent Company.

2. Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submitted that the entire dues have been paid to the workers and further submitted that nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the same, W.P.No.14539 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous and C.P.No.197 of 2014 is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there is no order as to costs. 26.07.2019 Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes sri
