Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders of the first respondent made in Na.Mu.No.27545/MPVI/2006 dated 11.07.2006 and Na.Mu.No.34468/Na.O.Sa.1/10 dated 21.02.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.66,858/- illegally recovered from the gratuity of the petitioner with interest at 18% per annum from the date of recovery to the date of refund and direct the first respondent to fix the pay of the petitioner as per the official committee pay scale re-fixation in the year 2009 and corresponding to fix the pay of the petitioner at Rs.7,775/- instead of Rs.6,155/- (Rs.5,900/- + Rs.255/- PP) and also to refund the difference in pension paid till such refixation.
