ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel for Mr.A.Joseph Dorairaj, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.P.Raghunathan, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have already filed an appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal against the order assailed in the present petition.

3. In view of that, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to prosecute the appeal.

4. In the light of the above, the civil revision petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may prosecute the appeal as may be permissible under law. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.18207 of 2023 is also dismissed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 16.08.2023 Index :
