This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.30 of 2014, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after committal proceedings, the case in P.R.C.No.30 of 2014 was taken on file by the Principal District Judge, Erode, in S.C.No.47 of 2018. He further submitted that after trial, the case in S.C.No.47 of 2018, itself was disposed of on merits. 3.In view of the above, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
