The son and daughter of N.C.Parthasarathy, who died intestate on 14.09.2016 have approached this Court seeking Succession Certificate.

2. Their mother Mrs. N.C.Prema, had also died on 27.03.2018.

The petitioners are the only legal heirs. N.C.Parthasarathy had securities as described in the schedule with in Mutual Fund Flexi Cap Fund-Growth Scheme.

3. Publication was effected. Thereafter, the petitioner examined himself as PW-1. The death certificate of N.C.Parthasarathy was marked as Ex.P-1, the death certificate of the petitioner's mother was marked as Ex.P-3, the legal heirship certificates were marked as Exs.P-2 and P-4. The statement relating to the holding of N.C.Parthasarathy was marked as Ex.P-5..

4. In view of the evidence recorded, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the securities is issued. The petitioners are directed to render accounts once in a year.
