WMP.No.19518 of 2019 in WP.No.24161 of 2018 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J AND SATHI KUMAR SUKUMRA KURUP,J Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J This petition, filed by the petitioner, seeking to vacate the interim direction granted on 17.9.2018 in WMP.

No.28161 of 2018, has become infructuous because, by virtue of the said direction, the students have already attended classes.

2.Hence, the above miscellaneous petition is closed giving liberty to the institution namely Sri Venkateshwara Medical College Hospital and Research Centre to raise all their contentions in the main writ petition, in which, they have been impleaded as the seventh respondent.
