Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representatin of the petitioner dated 25.11.2015 to make some arrangements for the mentally ill person to get admitted in a mental illness centre or a Government Hospital for his well being at the earliest. The petitioner is a practising lawyer. A complaint, by way of representation, was made by the petitioner to the respondents on 25.11.2015 stating that a mentally deranged person is causing ruckus in the street, namely, Valaithoppu, West Mambalam, by disturbing the general public indulging in stone throwing. However, the said representation is still pending consideration before the respondents. Therefore, aggrieved over the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 2.

Taking note of the grievance expressed by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
