The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.06.2022 by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457, 511 of IPC in Crime No.145 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act.
