Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 07.10.2014 of the petitioner and consequently direct the first respondent to pay the pension arrears.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 has produced a Communication from their client before this Court and it is represented that the revised pensionary arrears due to the petitioner amounting to a sum of Rs.3,04,269/-, after deducting the amount paid (Rs.3,71,837/- ) with effect from 01.01.2006 to 31.01.2020 will be credited on 28.02.2020. A copy of the said communication has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On receipt of the aforesaid Communication, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the writ petition can be closed.

3. Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsels and in view of the aforesaid communication made by the respondent bank, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
