This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.09.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this case was in the year 2014 and therefore, on the ground of laches, no positive direction can be given to the respondents to register an FIR, on the complaint given by the petitioner.
