This revision seeks a direction to learned Sub Judge, Ponneri, Tiruvellore District, to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2014 pending on his file.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent are husband and wife. Differences arose between them. Hence, petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2014 seeking divorce and the same is pending. Learned counsel submits that since the petitioner underwent a spinal cord operation, he finds it very difficult to attend Court and hence, he prays for early disposal of the petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, Ponneri, Tiruvellore District, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
