BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, DISTRICT CRIME BRANCH, SALEM DISTRICT (CRIME NO.36 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34986 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.

GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 13.01.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34986 of 2019 and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 13.01.2020 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
