The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order 04.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.346 of 2013 in O.S.No.76 of 2008, by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Bhavani.
2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has already been disposed of on 24.06.2016 itself. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
