This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.PC, to grant leave to file an appeal against the order dated 18.04.2023 made in STC.No.313 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruchengode.
2.Heard Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the trial court had put the entire burden on the complainant to prove that the impugned cheque was signed by the accused without taking into consideration the evidence adduced on the side of the complainant and that there are arguable points in the main appeal and therefore, leave is granted as prayed for.
