This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate and Fast Track Magistrate of Tirupur to furnish the certified copy of judgment dated 22.08.2016 in C.C.No.156 of 2015 to the petitioner on payment of charges.

2. The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.156 of 2015. By judgment dated 22.08.2016, the Learned Magistrate issued non bailable warrant against the petitioner, since he did not appear on the date of judgment and convicted him under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and sentenced to undergo one year simple imprisonment.

3. The petitioner, thereafter filed a copy application before the Learned Judicial Magistrate to get a certified copy of the judgment dated 22.08.2016. The Learned Magistrate rejected the application of the petitioner on the ground that non bailable warrant is pending, challenging which the petitioner is before this Court. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and on such surrender he is entitled to a free copy of the judgment.
