panel for the year 2025-2026 without influencing the pending criminal case as against the petitioner in FIR.No.243/2016 on the file of Banavaram Police Station, Sholingur Taluk, Ranipet District in view of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.377/DSP/A.U/2025 dated 03.11.2025 issued by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arakkonam Sub Division, Ranipet District to the 2nd respondent as the petitioner has not involved in this case. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 14.02.2026 and 19.02.2026.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she submitted representation dated 14.02.2026 and 19.02.2026 to the first respondent seeking promotion to the post of Community Health Nurse, based on the inclusion of the petitioner name at Sl.No.247 in the promotional panel for the year 2025-2026 without being influenced by the pending criminal against the petitioner in FIR.No.243/2016 on the file of Banavaram Police Station, Sholingur Taluk, Ranipet District in view of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.377/DSP/A.U/2025 dated 03.11.2025 issued by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arakkonam Sub Division, Ranipet District to the 2nd respondent establishing that the petitioner is not involved in this case.

However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to file the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.02.2026 and 19.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
