Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.340 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Court, by order dated 25.08.2022, has appointed Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Senior Advocate as Arbitrator.

2.Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned sole Arbitrator filed a memo before this Court stating that the parties are not cooperating for conducting arbitration proceedings.

Therefore, he is withdrawing himself as Arbitrator, from this matter. The memo filed by the Arbitrator is taken on record.

3. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner as well the respondents. Post the matter on 13.03.2023 for further orders.
