Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 05.03.2015 and to file FIR and start the investigation immediately, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.66/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
