ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the complaint of the petitioner registered in FIR No.349/2014 dated 10.05.2014 on the file of the respondent and to file the final report in accordance with law within the stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in FIR No.349 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
