Even today also there is no representation for the petitioners to prosecute the case. Under this circumstance this Court presumes that the petitioners have not evinced any interest to prosecute the petition.
2. Keeping in view of the above fact, there is no other go for this Court excepting to dismiss this petition for nonprosecution. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
