ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J.] This petition has been filed to treat the petitioners/appellants as in forma pauperis and to pursue their appeal.

This Court had earlier directed the respondent Government to conduct an enquiry and file a report. The report of the District Collector concludes that the petitioners are not paupers. 3.

In view of the above, the petition to pursue the appeal as in forma pauperis stands dismissed. The petitioners are directed to pay the required court fee within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
