ORDER
Petitioner is stated to be running a club. Alleging that the respondents are interfering without authority of law, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Considering the very same issue, this Court in W.P.No.24243 of 2015 dated 03.09.2015, is pleased to pass the following order:
"Alleging that the respondents are interfering with the lawful activities of the Club, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the fifth respondent is not interfering with the running of the petitioner-club so long as activities are legal. He further submitted that, if any illegal activities are being carried, the fifth respondent may be given permission to take action.
3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent not to interfere with the legal activities of the petitioner. It is made clear that in the event of any illegal and unlawful activities are carried out, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."
3. In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in the above said terms. No costs.
