Order : This Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- In view of the endorsement made, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
