This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to enable the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings as ordered by this Court by the order dated 24.09.2021. It is seen from the records that this Court extended the time granted to the Arbitrator during earlier occasion.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner by taking this Court to the affidavit filed in support of this petition would submit that the third respondent has been requesting repeated adjournments and therefore, the Arbitrator is not in a position to complete the arbitration proceedings within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the said submission, the time for completing the arbitration proceedings is extended for a period of 90 days from today, finally.
