This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.274 of 2013 on file of the 1st respondent to any other agency.
2.None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.274 of 2013 was completed and charge sheet was also filed on 15.09.2016 before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.3 of 2016.
4.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
