There is a typographical error that has crept in Paragraphs 2 and 5 of the order dated 30.06.2023.

2. In paragraphs 2 and 5 of the order the date of arrest of the petitioner / Judicial custody was wrongly mentioned as 27.09.2022 instead of 09.11.2022.

3. Registry is directed to make suitable corrections and substitute the date 27.09.2022 in paragraphs 2 & 5 as 09.11.2022 in both the paragraphs.
