This petition is filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court permitted him to serve notice to the 1st respondent through the Advocate, who is appearing in R.E.P.No.88 of 2020 before the Tribunal. The 1st respondent was served through Mr.S.P.N.Mani, Lower Court counsel by Speed Post, Whatsapp message and he has also filed Affidavit of Service.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Though the name of the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent is printed in the cause list, today there is no representation.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 61 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
