Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal.

3. The first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4. Mr.Jeyachandran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.

5. Mr.Jeyachandran, learned counsel for the second respondent has not raised serious objection in allowing this petition.

6. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

7. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 14.09.2021 by printing the name of Mr.Jeyachandran, as the learned counsel for the second respondent.
