This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 18.08.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 18.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.138 of 2016 and the same was closed on 19.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
