The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.58 of 2021 filed by the husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights on the file of the Sub-Court, Rasipuram to the Family Court, Chennai. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground convenience, since the wife is a resident of Padi near Chennai.

2. Mr.V.Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the husband would submit that if the proceedings are transferred to Family Court, he will be put to lot of inconvenience as he has to appear for every hearing in person.

3. Considering the convenience of both the spouses, I am of the opinion that the HMOP could be transferred to a nuetral venue, where the appearance of the parties for every hearing is not required. Hence, HMOP.No.58 of 2021 on the file of the Subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Rasipuram is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Alandur to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law.

4. This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
