ORDER

With the grievance that the disbursement of the amount due is based upon wrong appreciation of facts, the petitioner made a representation on 23.09.2015 seeking a differential amount. In that representation, the petitioner has submitted that the candidates, who have been admitted under management quota have been erroneously taken as candidates admitted under Government quota and accordingly, lesser amount of tuition fees of Rs.6,500/- per year has been released as against Rs.21,700/-. Seeking appropriate direction to release the said differential amount, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the pending representation, dated 23.9.2015 is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent.

3. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of the 1st respondent in concurring with the case of the petitioner, necessary follow up action will have to be taken by sending the differential amount to 3rd respondent for disbursement.
