A.No.2635 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., By order dated 21.11.2019, this Court had directed the attachment of the immovable property set out in judges summons to Application No.6415 of 2019, the copy of the order was directed to be transmitted to the City Civil Court, Chennai, for effecting the attachment and the Court was directed to pass the set immovable properties to be attached to the Senior Bailiff of the Court.

2. The instant application has been filed by the applicant to modified the said order dated 21.11.2019 in Application No.6415 of 2019 by substituting the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy, instead of the City Civil Court, Chennai. Since the property, which is sought to be attached is situated at Thirunedungulam, Tiruverumbur Sub Registraration Office at Trichy District.

3. The applicant would submit that the City Civil Court, Chennai, is not the Jurisdictional Court, in respect of the immovable property, which is to be attached.

4. Considering the above facts, the application is allowed and the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy is substituted in the place of the City Civil Court, Chennai, for attaching the properties.
