The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.70 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the defacto complainant is working as a servant in a biriyani shop. It is alleged that, when the petitioner asked for biriyani, the defacto complainant refused to supply the same, saying that already dues are pending. Therefore, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with knife and also abused in filthy language . Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that already this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition in

Crl.O.P.No.15352 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022 on the ground that the petitioner is a history sheeter having three previous cases.

5. Considering the fact that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and there is no change in circumstances, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 21.07.2022 Sma
