This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records made in unnumbered Cr.M.P.No... of 2023 in SC.No.44 of 2016 dated 18.04.2023 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chidambaram

and set aside the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court for withdrawal of this petition, with liberty to surrender before the Court with the petition for recall of warrant. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 3.Permission is granted and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner is directed to approach the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chidambaram, with surrender and warrant recall petitions for recall of warrant. On filing such petitions, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chidambaram, is directed to dispose the petitions on merits and in accordance with law, on the same date. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
