ORDER
The instant Writ Petition has been filed to quash the charge Memo No.34721/B2/2008, dated 31.07.2008.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the charge memorandum, final orders have been passed on 25.01.2021 for reduction of pension for a period of twelve months at the rate of Rs.500/- per month. Since the final orders have been passed nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 25.01.2021. The final order dated 25.01.2021 is placed on record. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
