ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition with a prayer that the representation made to the first respondent dated 03.10.2015 by which certain allegations have been made against the second respondent towards excess fee collection that has to be disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that on receipt of the representation of the petitioner, a response was called for from the second respondent, who has also given the same by a letter dated 15.10.2015. The learned Government Advocate also submitted that appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
