This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by order dated 02.09.2015 made in Crl.M.P.No.921 of 2015.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.7 of 2015 against Renukadevi. Renukadevi filed Crl.M.P.No.921 of 2015 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and the learned Judge was http://www.judis.nic.in

gms pleased to grant anticipatory bail on 02.09.2015, challenging which the de facto complainant has filed the present petition for cancellation of bail.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.7 of 2015 was completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.378 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur against Renukadevi.

4. In view of the aforesaid developments, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to Renukadevi at this distant point of time. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
