(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The writ petition pertains to non-disposal of the application filed under Section 14 (1) of the SARFAESI Act by the respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that this application came to be numbered as Crl.M.P.No.6847 of 2020 as early as during February, 2020 and prays for an appropriate direction for early disposal of the application.
