Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1, 2 & 3 to consider the petitioners representation dated 18.04.2019 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue conditional patta under HSD Scheme in Majura Kallampalayam Village, Naranapuram, Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District at Ka.Sa.No.223/10 situated at Survey No.738.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1, 2 & 3 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.04.2019 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue conditional patta under HSD Scheme in Majura Kallampalayam Village, Naranapuram, Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District at Ka.Sa.No.223/10 situated at Survey No.738. 2.

Heard Mr.A.S.Baalaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.04.2019 with regard to the issuance of conditional patta under HSD Scheme in Majura Kallampalayam Village, Naranapuram, Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District. If the said representation is not available with the third respondent, the petitioners are directed to submit fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation, after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
