ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent police to take necessary steps to bring back the petitioner's TAVERA CHAVEROLET car bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registration No. TN 25 AE 1317, Engine No.3GM152899, Chassis No.MA6ABCG5CCH002774 in respect of Crime No.485 of 2019 on the file of 1st respondent Police and to produce the same before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the said vehicle has been traced out and that it has seized by the 2nd respondent police for prohibition offence case in Crime No.553 of 2019.

3. The 1st respondent is directed to produce the said vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 25 AE 1317, before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruvannamalai, with necessary formalities.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
