PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by 2nd respondent dated 08.05.2023 in No.151/BCDFGISSV/2023 against the detenu and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu Harinath, S/o. Jayasingh, aged about 37 years before this Court who is now detained in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set him at liberty.
