CMP.No.15199 of 2018 has been filed to condone the delay of 208 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent viz., Hayarunnissa in S.A.No.1035 of 2005, CMP.No.15200 of 2018 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of sole respondent in S.A.No.1035 of 2005 and C.M.A.No.15201 of 2018 has been filed to bring on record the second respondent herein as legal representative of the deceased sole respondent in the above second appeal and rank her as second respondent in S.A.No.1035 of 2005. 2.The factum of the death of the sole respondent and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased are not under dispute. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents, has no objection for allowing these petition.
