ORDER

When the matter is listed for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
