Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and at the same time, prays for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit as it is a four years old case. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the long pendency of the suit, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the original suit O.S.No.177 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
